A 45 minute session mixing Tabata/HIIT, strength and traditional boxing training for those wanting to work like a boxer without stepping into the ring. Late comers can catch up on the daily program as they arrive!

A more intensive version of the evening workout, this group trains hard to push each other to the limits. A mixture of Tabata, HIIT, strength for longer sessions at a harder pace. Newcomers are able to build up in it and adapt to a more strenuous training schedule, while more advanced persons continue to develop forward.

 

Group Conditioning Circuits

Three groups available at two different time periods!

The first class is at 4:30pm. The second class is at 5:30pm.

One for competition fighters, a second for five to eight years old, and a third for all ages seeking our fitness program without stepping into the ring. It’s 45 to 60 minutes of pure physical work and determination!
